Willetts Farm farmhouse, Pendleton Lane, Alderwasley, a mid 18th century building but with parts of an earlier structure. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF ALDERWASLEY PENDLETON LANE SK 35 SW 2/10 Willetts Farmhouse 15.3.82 II Farmhouse. Mid-C18, incorporating parts of an earlier structure. Coursed squared gritstone, with flush quoins, coped gables, brick gable ridge stacks and a plain tiled roof. Symmetrical west elevation, three storeys, two bays with 2-light flush mullioned windows, except those to the ground floor, which are Venetian windows. All openings with glazing bar casements. Central doorway with quoined surround, and half glazed door, with margin lights to glazed section. Listing NGR: SK3152053248.' (1)
