From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 11 November 2021 to update the name and address and to reformat the text to current standards SK 37 SE 13/230 Newbold NEWBOLD ROAD (South Side) No. 39 (Formerly listed as Nos 39 and 41) GV II Late C18/early C19. A pair of cottages. Coursed stone with slate roof. Two storeys. Two windows, late C18 early C19 casements, ground floor sliding casements with small panes.
