From the National Heritage List for England: 'BEETWELL STREET 1. 5169 (South Side) Outbuilding at rear of No 11 SK 3870 NW 2/118B 9.8.76. II GV 2. Late C19/early C20. Red brick with slate roof. 2 storeys. Sashes with glazing bars. External staircase. This building has central carriageway arch, and encloses the courtyard behind No 11. Grade II for group value. Listing NGR: SK3836470906.' (1)
