Red House, No. 83 Old Road, Chesterfield, a 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'OLD ROAD 1. 5169 (North Side) Brampton No 83 (Red House) SK 37 SE 13/243 II 2. Earlier C19 facade. Red brick with eaves cornice. 2 storeys. 3 windows, unbarred sashes. Off centre door with fluted pilasters and panelled frieze. Engraved upper glass door panel. Fine iron trellis surround with palmette decoration. Listing NGR: SK3661270857.' (1)
