No. 64 Alfreton Road, Codnor, built in 1708. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 44 lW 6/23 CODNOR ALFRETON ROAD (east side) Home Farmhouse 25.11.63 II Farmhouse. 1708 with minor C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared sandstone with stone dressings and quoins. Plain continuous hoodmoulds to ground and first floors. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with stone coped gables on moulded kneelers, brick gable stacks and brick eaves band. Two storeys plus garrets and two bays, with rear wing. Central quoined doorcase has flush panelled door and lintel inscribed 'I W 1708'. To either side two-light C20 glazing bar casements in C18 flush surrounds with projecting cills. Two similar windows above C18 two-light flush mullion windows to garrets and similar three-light window to rear wing. Listing NGR: SK4206049886.' (1)
