Hollins Farm farmhouse, Hollins Lane, Crich, a 17th century or earlier building.
From the National Heritage List for England:
'SK 35 NE PARISH OF CRICH HOLLINS LANE (off) 2/25 Hollins Farmhouse II
Farmhouse. C17 with possibly earlier core and late C18 refashioning. Coursed rubble gritstone with quoins, moulded kneelers, coped gables, intermediate and gable end ridge stacks. Plain tiles and stone slates. 'T' plan house, with lean-to addition to rear of house. South elevation; two storeys two bays with C19 sashes in projecting surrounds; flanking central doorway, which has a chamfered quoined surround and a heavy lintel. C20 half glazed door. Narrow band with simple cavetto moulding to bottom edge to heads of ground and first floor windows, which steps up over the doorway as a hoodmould. The elevation has the remains of single light C17 windows, now blocked, and single and 2-light chamfer mullioned windows survive elsewhere in the building. At the east end, there are 4-light mullioned windows to a cellar or former basement with pointed heads to lights, each cut from a single block of stone.
