No. 106 High Street, Clowne, built in 1758. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 47 NE PARISH OF CLOWNE HIGH STREET 1/114 (North Side) No 106 GV II Farmhouse. Dated 1758. Coursed squared limestone with sandstone dressings and quoins. Machine tile roof with gable stacks and stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Two storeys and attics. Three bay south elevation. Off-centre doorway with massive ashlar lintel and jambs. C20 plank door. To the right is a 2-light square section flush mullion window, with C20 louvred shutters. To the left is a staircase window of three vertical lights, the middle one blind. To the left again is a 2-light square section flush mullion window, with C20 louvred shutters. Two similar windows above. Date stone inscribed W G A 1758 Listing NGR: SK4881575369.' (1)
