Nos. 90-92 Derby Road, Heanor and Loscoe, an early 19th century building and shop front.

Two houses, one now partly a shop. Early C19 with late C19 shop front. Red brick with stone dressings and slate roofs with stone coped gables on brick kneelers and end stacks, also dentilled eaves bands. Each house 3 storeys and 2 bays. No 90 to east has central raised and fielded panelled door below overlight with margin glazing, flanked by 12 pane sashes. 2 similar sashes over and uneven 9 pane sashes above. All windows with projecting sills and ground and first floor openings below wedge stone lintels. No 92 has late shop front to ground floor with recessed central double half-glazed doors flanked by triple pane shop windows over panelled plinths. Large carved stone brackets above to either side, C20 boarding replacing former cornice. Above 2 12 pane sashes below wedge stone lintels and above two 9-pane uneven sashes. All windows with projecting sills.
