Home Farm farmhouse, Ireton Wood, Idridgehay and Alton, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 24 NE 3/44 PARISH OF IDRIDGEHAY AND ALTON IRETON WOOD Home Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick with coped gables, brick dentilled eaves, and end ridge brick stacks. Plain tiled roof. 'L' plan house. South west elevation; Two storeys and attics, three bays, with centre first floor window blocked. Broad cast iron window frames with glazing bars and small central opening lights, beneath segmental brick arched heads. Plain central doorway with plain plank door beneath segmental arched opening. Smaller attic window with segmental arched head to each gable. Two storey rear wing to south east end. Listing NGR: SK2794147899.' (1)
