Triangular in plan with sloping upper part rising to back plate with curved top. Inscribed COUNTY/OF/DERBY/PARISH/BOUNDARY/MACKWORTH/PARISH/LANGLEY/PARISH/ S HAYWOOD JUNR/PHOENIX FOUNDRY DERBY.
