Hall Close Farm, off Kedleston Road, Weston Underwood, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 34 SW PARISH OF WESTON UNDERWOOD KEDLESTON ROAD 3/109 (North Side) Hall Close Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick. Hipped Welsh slate roof with two brick ridge stacks and two lateral stacks. Stone eaves band. Three storeys. L-plan. Broad three bay south elevation. Off- centre doorway with wedge brick lintel and C20 half glazed door. To the left a window with wedge brick lintel and C20 casement. Two similar windows to the right. Three similar windows above. The top floor has three similar but smaller windows under stone lintels, the centre one has a small paned fixed light. Over the door a Phoenix Insurance plaque. The interior has tall rooms with plain exposed beams. Stick baluster staircase. Listing NGR: SK3067742094.' (1)
