House, formerly house and cottage. c1740. Coursed rubble coal measures sandstone with quoins, coped west gable, with moulded kneelers, plain gable to east. Intermediate and gable end brick stacks, and a concrete tiled roof. Two storeys, five bays, bays one, three and five with stacked three-light flush mullioned windows. To the east end, a pair of doorways with massive quoins and lintels, one doorway now blocked with a C20 casement window. To the west end, an inserted or remodelled doorway with a single light opening above with flush surround. Existing doorways with C20 stable doors.
