No. 17 Manor Road, Zion Cottage, South Wingfield, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 3755 PARISH OF SOUTH WINGFIELD MANOR ROAD 5/111 (East Side) Zion Cottage 10-8-83 II Cottage. C18. Coursed sandstone with ashlar dressings and render, quoins, single coped gable with brick stack to west end, and a welsh slated roof. Two storeys. North entrance front with two doors, one modern with wooden gabled porch, the other with a massive stone lintel. Single 3-light flush mullioned window, with plain stone surrounds and a single light window to east. Above, 2-light flush mullioned window with small C19 sashes and two single light windows, with flush surrounds. Listing NGR: SK3757555406.' (1)
