Benby House, Rectory Mews, Egginton, an 18th and early 19th century building.

'PARISH OF EGGINTON CHURCH ROAD SK 22 NE 2/12 (South Side) Benby House Farmhouse II
Rectory, now farmhouse. C18 and early C19. Red brick, Welsh slate roof with brick gable stacks. Stone coped gables and parapet to south. Two storeys. South elevation of two bays. The ground floor has two canted bay windows with fixed small pane lights and French windows. Two tripartite glazing bar sashes above under wedge brick lintels. Brick band at the base of the parapet. To the east elevation is a broad four columned Tuscan Doric porch. Round-arched doorway with fluted surround, half-glazed C19 door and fanlight with intersecting glazing bars. Canted bay window to right. Three glazing bar sashes above under wedge brick lintels. C18 rear wing has dentil cornice to west, round-arched doorway with fanlight and intersecting glazing and later fenestration. Inside, an open well staircase curved on its inner side, open string with stick balusters and wreathed handrail.
