Outbuilding, part of The Old Stable Yard, Church Street, Netherseal, an early 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 21 SE PARISH OF NETHERSEAL CHURCH STREET 5/29 (South Side) Small Outbuilding Opposite the Gates to Nether seal Old Hall GV II Smithy, now a store. Early C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick, with vitrified headers to street elevation, and plain tile roof with stepped brick copings to gables and a C19 gable stack to east, also with raised eaves band. Single storey and single bay. Street elevation is blank. South elevation has flat headed plank door to west and 2-light casement window to south. Included for group value only.
