PARISH OF SOUTH WINGFIELD MANOR ROAD (East Side) Park Cottage
GV II
House. Formerly a pair of cottages. Mid C18. Regularly coursed squared sandstone with plain eaves, intermediate and gable end brick stacks. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys, three bays, with stacked two-light flush mullioned windows with C20 casements. Two doorways with massive jambs and lintels, one now blocked with a C20 window.
