No. 53 Manor Road, South Wingfield, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 3755 PARISH OF SOUTH WINGFIELD MANOR ROAD 5/108 (East Side) Outbuildings to the south of Manor Cottage GV II Farm outbuildings. Late C18. Regularly coursed squared rubble coal measures sandstone with plain gables and pantiled roof coverings with stone slated eaves. Double pile plans, with gabled west elevaton to street. North gable has a 3-light casement to the first floor, above a 2-light horizontal sliding sash with four panel shutters. South gable with 2-light flush mullioned window with casements above double cart shed opening with massive lintels supported on a central stone pillar. Listing NGR: SK3752955184.' (1)
