Manor Cottage, Manor Road, South Wingfield, a mid-19th century building. From the Nationa; Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 24 January 2023 to amend a typo in the description and to reformat the text to current standards SK 3755 5/109 PARISH OF SOUTH WINGFIELD MANOR ROAD (East Side) Manor Cottage GV II House. Mid C19. Regularly coursed squared gritstone, with plain gables. Intermediate and end stone ridge stacks with moulded caps, and a welsh slated roof. Two storeys, four bays, With an off-centre doorway in a chamfered stone surround, flanked by three-light mullioned windows with shallow chamfers. Three first floor two-light chamfer mullioned windows, and a single light opening above the doorway. C19 casements throughout. Four panelled door with rectangular overlight. Listed for group value Listing NGR: SK3753455204.' (1)
