Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings. Corrugated iron roof. Two storeys, two bays. South elevation with a broad central carriage arch with stone quoins and voussoirs, now filled in and with later doorway. Later doorway to right with stone lintel and stable doors.
