Rowthorne Lodge, Luke's Drive, Ault Hucknall, a mid-19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 46 SE PARISH OF AULT HUCKNALL DUKE'S DRIVE (Hardwick Park) 10/3 (West Side) Rowthorne Lodge II North lodge to Hardwick Hall. Mid C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings and quoins. Hipped stone slate roof with lateral ashlar stack and moulded finials. Moulded first floor band and eaves cornice. One and two storeys. Square plan, set in lozenge fashion. Each elevation has a 2-light stone mullion window with squared stepped surround. Lower wing to south has a doorway with chamfered surround and plank door with rectangular overlight. Listing NGR: SK4711164770.' (1)
