From the National Heritige List for England: 'SK 4771 TOWN OF OLD BOLSOVER HIGH STREET 16/65 (South Side) Pigeoncote to rear of No39 GV II Pigeoncote. C18. Coursed squared limestone with ashlar dressings. Small rectangular building with pitched roof. Gable end to west has C20 opening. Listing NGR: SK4727870369.' (1)
