Pigeon House, Streetley Farm, Streetley Lane, Whitwell, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 57 NW PARISH OF WHITWELL STEETLEY LANE, STEETLEY 2/176 (West Side) 30.3.82 Pigeon House at Steetley Farm GV II Pigeon house and outbuilding. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with pantile roof. Elevation to farmyard has gabled pigeon house on the left. Doorway under flat arch, with plank door. Flight of stone steps up to another similar doorway. Similar but smaller doorway above again. Rectangular louvred opening in the gable. Lean-to building to left has two broad flat-arched doorways. To the right is a blocked doorway with a window set in, a doorway with stable-type doors and a blocked doorway with window set in. Listing NGR: SK5439678762.' (1)
