Beech Hill Farm farmhouse, Lynham Road, South Wingfield, a mid-18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 35 SE PARISH OF SOUTH WINGFIELD LYNAM ROAD 4/106 Beech Hill Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Mid C18, with early C19 refashioning of south elevation. Regularly coursed squared rubble gritstone with ashlar dressings, projecting quoins to front elevation, moulded eaves band, coped gables with moulded kneelers, welsh slated roofs. 'T' plan, with asymmetrical pitched roof to lower rear range, and brick lean-to added. South elevation: two storeys, two bays, with sash frames with margin glazing within projecting stone surrounds. Central doorway with quoined surround and six panelled door, the upper two panels glazed. Three stage stair window with flush surround to centre of rear elevation. Rear wing with 2-light flush mullioned window, and doorway with massive surround. Listing NGR: SK3680852950.' (1)
