Elm Tree Farm farmhouse, Elmton, Bolsover, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 57 SW PARISH OF ELMTON WITH CRESWELL ELMTON 5/128 (West Side) 30.3.82 Elmtree Farmhouse II House. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof with ridge and gable stacks. Two storeys. Main range and cross wing. West elevation of 3-1 bays. Symmetrical three bay part has a centre doorway under plain lintel. C20 half glazed door with shallow overlight. Flanked by glazing bar sashes. Two similar windows above, either side of a similar but narrower window. Projecting gabled wing to the right has a C20 casement window to each floor. Listing NGR: SK5043873230.' (1)
