Full Description

Broomfield and railings, Main Road, Hathersage, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 23 81 PARISH OF HATHERSAGE MAIN ROAD 6/37 (South Side) 'Broomfield' and railings II House. Late C18. Evenly coursed gritstone, with quoins to south west end, south west end ridge stack, ashlar, with moulded coping. Two storeys, two bays with glazing bar sashes beneath deep lintels. Central doorway with heavy jambs and lintel, and C20 half glazed door. C17 cast iron railings on low stone plinth. Listing NGR: SK2313381538.' (1)
