No. 32 Eckington Road (Norwood Farmhouse), Dronfield, a mid-18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF DRONFIELD ECKINGTON ROAD KS 37 NE 6/33 4.5.78 Norwood Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. Mid C18, with C19 alterations. Coursed squared coal measures sandstone with quoins, gable stone stacks, and a stone slated roof. Two storeys, three bays, with C20 2-light glazing bar casements set in the surrounds of former 2-light flush mullioned windows. Central doorway with quoined surround and massive lintel. C20 door.
