No. 23 Rectory Lane, Breadsall, an early 17th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 33 NE 4/10 PARISH OF BREADSALL RECTORY LANE (West Side) No 23 II Cottage. Probably early C17. Timber framed, encased in C20 in cement render. Steeply pitched roof with C20 cement tiles. Rendered ridge and gable stacks. Single storey with attics. East elevation of three bays. Off-centre doorway with C20 lean-to porch. Plank door. To the right a 2-light casement window. Two similar windows to the left. Interior said to have exposed beams.
