Royle Farm farmhouse, Royle Farm Business Park, Drakelow, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 21 NE PARISH OF DRAKELOW SWADLINCOTE ROAD 3/13 (North Side) Royle Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Early C19 with minor later alterations. Red brick with painted gauged brick dressings and plain first and second floor brick bands. Plain tile roof with brick coped gables. two brick gable stacks and dentilled eaves band. Three storeys and three bays. Central flat arched doorcase with raised and fielded panelled door below divided overlight is flanked to either side by triple pane sashes. Above there is a central 2-light C20 casement window flanked by similar 3-light windows. Above again there are similar shallower windows. Ground and first floor windows have flat brick arches.
