High Standing, Derby Road, Stanton by Bridge, an early 19th century building. From the National List for England: 'SK 32 NE 3/226 PARISH OF STANTON-BY-BRIDGE DERBY ROAD (East Side) High Standing II House. Early C19. Ashlar with first floor plain band and slate roof with stone gable stacks. Two storeys and three bays. Central glazed panelled door below large stone lintel, flanked by 3-light diamond patterned iron casements below similar lintels. Above, two similar windows and a blocked central opening. Listing NGR: SK3732327213.' (1)
