Barn north of Rowlee Farmhouse, Snake Road, Hope Woodlands, a mid 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 18 NE PARISH OF HOPE WOODLANDS SNAKE ROAD 14/21 (North Side) Barns to the north of Rowlee Farmhouse GV II Barns. Mid C19. Coursed rubble gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof with short finials on the gable ends. Two storeys. South elevation from right to left. Later doorway and window. To the left a small window and a doorway with stable-type doors. Then seven windows irregularly spaced with small paned inward opening casements. First floor with one square window and two circular windows. Listing NGR: SK1534089367.' (1)
