Nos. 7-13 Knowleston Place, Matlock Town, built in 1857. From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 15 September 2022 to amend the name and address, and reformat the text to current standards SK 3059 5/157 MATLOCK KNOWLESTON PLACE Nos 7 to 13 (odd) GV II 1857. A large and unusual terrace range. Coursed stone rubble with ashlar dressings; three storeys; nine sash windows, five with moulded cornices and four (single light) with hood-moulds; floor bands; quoins at centre and sides; four doorways with arched fanlights; three canted bay windows with moulded stone cornices extending across facade as bands; moulded cornice with drop finials at eaves and surmounted by three small gables with ornamental barge-boards; slates. Grade II for group value. Nos 3 to 15 (odd) form a group. Listing NGR: SK3013559847.' (1)
