From the National Heritage List for England:
'ST JOHN'S STREET 1. 783 (South-East Side) No 52 SK 14 NE 1/40 6.5.70. II GV 2. Late Cl8/early C19 facade. Red brick, hipped tiled roof behind coped parapet. 3 storeys, 3 windows with plain lintels and sills. Modern recessed side doors with lintels.
Nos 50 to 58 (even), together with house adjoining No 52, forms a group.
