No. 45 St John's Street, Ashbourne, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'ST JOHN'S STREET 1. 783 (North-West Side) No 45 SK 14 NE 1/44 6.5.70. II GV 2. Late C18. Red brick with coved stuccoed eaves and old tiles. 3 storeys, 3 windows, the uppers having plain keyblocks. 2 later, partly stuccoed, 3-light bay windows tiered over 2 storeys. Moulded wooden doorcase with pediment and rectangular fanlight with Gothic glazing. No 45 to Nos 51 (odd) form a group. Listing NGR: SK1815746807.' (1)
