Gate Farm farmhouse, Belper Road, Ashbourne, an 18th century building.
From the National Heritage List for England:
'BELPER ROAD 1. 783 (South Side) Gate Farmhouse SK 1946 3/193 II 2. C18. Red brick. 2 storeys, with one storey outshut on eastern side and similar outshut to west. 2 windows, casements with cambered head linings and glazing bars. Centre door with shallow hood and pilasters. Eastern outshut has one similar window.
