From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 20/02/2020 SK 2919 5/23 WEST STREET Sharpes Pottery Heritage and Art Centre Bottle kiln to former Sharpe's Pottery (Formerly listed as Bottle Kiln to rear of Marilyn Engineering Company, ALEXANDRA ROAD (east side), previously listed as Bottle Kiln) 29.10.74 GV II C18 or C19. A rendered brick bottle kiln with top sealed over. Listing NGR: SK2983319560.' (1)
