Outbuilding northeast of Midway Farm, Burton Road, Swadlincote, a mid or late 19th century building.
From the National Heritage List for England:
'BURTON ROAD (OFF) 1. 5174 Newhall (north-east side) L-shaped range of farm buildings to north-east of Midway Farmhouse SK 32 NW 2/8

2. Mid/late C19. L shaped range of farm buildings forming, with farmhouse and roadside boundary wall, 3 sides of a courtyard at rear of farmhouse. Red brick tiled roof. From north, half hipped roof to single storey building, then large gabled wagon arch with roundel in pedimented typanum links this with 2 storey farm which has pitching eyes at first floor level. Adjoining range at right angles linked to farmhouse by wall.
