No. 46 Grove Street, Swadlincote, a late 18th or early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'GROVE STREET 1. 5174 (west side) No 46 (The Cottage) SK 2919 5/21 II 2. Late C18/early C19. A corner house (one of a semi-detached pair, the other altered). Painted brick with brick eaves cornice and tiled roof with end chimney. Two storeys. One window, wide sashes with boxed frames, cambered head linings and glazing bars. Six panelled door (top 2 panels now glazed) has similar arch. Good early C19 arched trellis porch with tented hood.
