Abbey Farm farmhouse, The Village, Dale Abbey, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF DALE ABBEY THE VILLAGE SK 43 NW 5/109 (East Side) Abbey Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed squared sandstone and red brick. Plain tile roof with gable stacks. Chamfered stone plinth. Dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys. Symmetrical two bay south elevation. Central doorway under wedqe brick lintel. C19 half glazed door with rectangular overlight. Flanked by glazing bar sashes under wedge brick lintels. Two similar windows above, and in the centre a blocked window with wedge brick lintel.
