From the National Heritage List for England: 'BAKEWELL SK2168 BRIDGE STREET 831-1/4/30 (North West side) Premises occupied by Bagshaws Estate Agents at SK 2184 6857 GV II House now offices. Mid C19. Coursed, dressed sandstone; Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-window range. Large quoins. C20 shop front offset to left has recessed central doorway and plate-glass windows; continuous fascia. Blocked side-passage doorway to right. Projecting stone sills and flush ashlar surrounds to sashes with glazing bars on first and second floors; band above second floor. Truncated end stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: SK2184168574.' (1)
