Nos. 35-37 North Church Street, Bakewell, a late 18th century terrace. From the National Heritage List for England: 'BAKEWELL SK2168 NORTH CHURCH STREET 831-1/4/141 (East side) 20/05/74 Nos.35, 36 AND 37 (Formerly Listed as: NORTH CHURCH STREET (North side) Corner House, Cottages occupied by T Carmen & Miss R Boulsover adj Corner House) GV II Terrace of 3 houses. Late C18. Limestone rubble with sandstone dressings; stone slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 4-window range. Quoins, broad ashlar door surrounds; plain window surrounds with projecting sills and deep lintels. 2 houses on left form a symmetrical pair with central rear-passage opening set between the house doorways. Left end cottage with C20 door and casements. No.36 to right has door of 6 flush panels and 8/8 sash to each floor on right. Right end house as No.36. Dressed stone end stack on right; another on ridge to right of No.36; limestone blockwork end stack on left. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: SK2155868540.' (1)
