Two K6 Telephone Kiosks, North Church Street, Bakewell, erected c1935. From the National Heritage List for England: 'BAKEWELL SK2168 BUXTON ROAD 831-1/4/50 (West side) 03/09/87 2 K6 telephone kiosks at corner of Buxton Road and North Church Street GV II 2 telephone kiosks. Type K6. Designed 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. Made by various contractors. Cast-iron. Square kiosks with domed roofs. Unperforated crowns to top panels and margin glazing to windows and doors. Listing NGR: SK2169668508.' (1)
