Boyah Grange, Potato Pit Lane, Dale Abbey, an early 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF DALE ABBEY POTATO PIT LANE SK 43 NW 5/23 (West Side) Boyah Grange II Farmhouse. Early C18. Painted brick with plain tile roof. Brick ridge and gable stacks. Two storeys and attics. Stone plinth. First and second floor dentil bands to east and south elevation. T-plan. Three bay south elevation has an off-centre doorway with flat arch and plank door. To the left a 3-light C18 casement window. To the right a C20 casement and to the right again on C18 3-light window. Three similar but smaller 3-light windows above. The interior has exposed beams, the principal beams stop chamfered. An inglenook fireplace. The staircase is only partly C18.
