Barn to northwest of Coach House, Church Street, Eyam, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 21 76 PARISH OF EYAM CHURCH STREET 6/21 (South Side) Barn to NW of Coach House II GV Barn, now studio and storage room. C18 with C19 alterations, converted c1980. Coursed gritstone rubble. Gritstone dressings and quoins. C20 concrete tile roof. Stone side wall stack. Moulded stone copings and kneelers. Two storeys, two bays. East elevation - two early C19 windows in flush surrounds. Single light window beyond to north. Above, to south, hayloft door. 3-light flush mullion window with small paned lights to north. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: SK2170676392.' (1)
