Outbuilding south of Merrill House, Townhead, Eyam, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 21 76 PARISH OF EYAM MAIN ROAD 6/59 (North Side) Outbuilding to south of Merrill House GV II Outbuilding. C18, altered in C19. Coursed gritstone rubble. Gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof. Stone south gable stack. Single bay, two storeys. East facade with two C19 doors to north, both with plank doors. To south, large C19 fixed small pane window. Above, central 2-light flush mullion window. Blank gable wall to street with blocked flush opening. Included for group value only.
