PARISH OF EYAM HAWKHILL ROAD (East Side) The Firs
II
House. Mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone. Gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Stone gable end stacks with plain banding. Three bays, two storeys. Flush central doorcase with C19 glazed panelled door. To either side, three-light flush mullion windows. Above two similar with central two-light flush mullion window between. Fenestration C18 fixed leaded lights except for C20 opening casements leaded in similar style. Three-light recessed and chamfered window to rear. Good contemporary staircase.
