From the National Heritage List for England:
'SK 22 76 PARISH OF EYAM THE SQUARE 6/65 (North Side) Fern Lea GV II
House. Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stack to east. Two storeys, two bays. Central flush doorcase with bracketed stone hood. Panelled door and plain overlight. To either side, plain sashes in flush stone surrounds. Two similar over. Included for group value only.
