Wayside and Roselyn, The Square, Eyam, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 22 76 PARISH OF EYAM THE SQUARE 6/64 (North Side) Wayside and Roselyn GV II Pair of cottages. Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys, single bay cottages. To west, Wayside Cottage - flush doorcase with panelled door to west and glazing bar sash in flush stone surround to east. Similar window over. Beyond to east Roselyn Cottage with identical elevation, except C20 door. Listing NGR: SK2200576424.' (1)
