The Poplars, Station Road, Little Eaton, a mid to late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 34 SE 1/67 PARISH OF LITTLE EATON STATION ROAD (West Side) The Poplars 10.11.67 II House. Mid to late C18. Red brick with stone dressings. Welsh slate roof with brick gable stacks and stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Three storeys. South elevation of three symmetrical bays. Stone plinth, quoins, first floor sill band and moulded cornice. Blocking course above. Centre bay advanced. Central doorway with moulded, pedimented doorcase. C20 glazed door. Flanked on each side by Venetian windows. Central window above with moulded architrave and hoodmould, and glazing bar sash. Flanked on each side by glazing bar sashes under keyed and channelled wedge stone lintels. Three similar, but smaller, windows above again. Listing NGR: SK3617241333.' (1)
