Vernon Cottage, Wellgate Lane, Over Haddon, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 26 NW PARISH OF OVER HADDON WELLGATE LANE 2/40 (North Side) Vernon Cottage II House. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and slate roof with brick gable end stacks. Two storeys and two bays. Flush doorcase, slightly off-centre, with glazed C20 door. To either side, 2-light flush mullion windows with C20 leaded casements. Above, two similar windows. Listing NGR: SK2065266391.' (1)
