Full Description

Bald Hill's Farm farmhouse, Clifton Road, Lullington, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 21 SE PARISH OF LULLINGTON CLIFTON ROAD 5/20 (West Side) Bald Hill's Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18 with late C19 alterations. Red brick with gauged brick and stone dressings, and plain tile roof with brick gable stacks plus dentilled eaves band. Three storeys and three bays with L-plan. Central doorcase has stone steps up to a six panelled door and divided overlight below flat gauged brick arch with stone keystone. To either side there are late C19 canted bay windows with plain sashes. Above there are three glazing bar sashes and above again there are three smaller similar sashes. All upper sashes have flat brick arches with stone keystones. Rear wing is lower and later with some C20 alterations. Listing NGR: SK2515012006.' (1)
